Practice Areas Family law General civil litigation Unbundled legal service Described as a tenacious lawyer with a lot of spunk, Noushin was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) from the University of Southampton Law School in England after achieving her Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours, double majoring in Law & Society and Sociology, from York University in Toronto. Prior to establishing Nexus of Nowbahari Law Firm, Noushin practiced as a Plaintiff personal injury lawyer in addition to general litigation in both Ontario and British Columbia; and, also as an insurance Defence lawyer, handling ICBC matters, in British Columbia. Noushin treats her clients with the utmost care, patience, respect and compassion. Noushin’s practice as a lawyer is anchored on integrity, resilience, assertiveness, being well-disposed, and strategic. Noushin believes in being the backbone of her clients when they need legal support and advice. Prior to attending law school, Noushin started her legal career by obtaining her diploma in Court and Tribunal Administration from Seneca College; working as a Court Clerk at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Offences Office, in Toronto; and, working as a Law Clerk for some of Toronto’s top insurance defence firms for a decade.
