He advises many of the province’s leading developers in all their legal needs from A to Z. Ali Daneshvar provides expert guidance from the corporate structuring, to the land acquisition, financing, and the development of all types of asset classes. He often acts for lenders or borrowers in secured lending transactions, including acquisition and construction financing. Ali also advises funds, developers, and investors on joint venture, limited partnership and other co-ownership structuring of deals. In addition, through his family’s involvement in the dental profession, Ali Daneshvar has developed unique expertise in the intersection of corporate law, serving the legal needs of dentists at every stage of their career. Whether it be starting their first practice, expanding their portfolio as an investor dentist, or planning their retirement transition and selling their practice for the best value. Ali completed his law degree at Osgoode Hall Law School. During his legal and business studies at York University, Ali helped shape and lead the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic, a student-led initiative providing pro-bono legal services to Toronto start-ups. Ali Daneshvar has gained valuable expertise as a Realtor and was active in the field of investor immigration as a business mobility consultant. Prior to his legal education, Ali completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the Schulich School of business and gained valuable insight in marketing and strategic management while working at a Fortune 50 multinational corporation in Toronto and Montreal.
